Famous for its clear waters, the Gulf of Saint Tropez offers you some of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. Some are very touristy with private establishments, others are totally wild so you can find yourself like a Robinson. Fine sand, pebbles, you choose according to your desires. The ideal is to try them all !

st-tropez beaches : La Bouillabaisse
Located at the entrance of Saint-Tropez, it is the closest beach to the historical center. Find a fine sand and the calm of the waters of the gulf.
Accessible on foot from the heart of the village, come and spend a moment or a day admiring the entrance of the port and its boat ride. Opposite you will find Saint-Maxime and the Maures chain in the background.
The beach offers a private establishment to spend a dream day with all the comfort to welcome you and offer a menu of quality restoration. La Bouillabaisse plage welcomes you all year long and if you stay until the evening a secret awaits you …

st-tropez beaches : La Ponche
Small beach in the Ponche district, this beach welcomes you during the day for a stopover after having strolled through the alleys of the mythical village.
Each side of the beach has an old tower, the Portalet built in the 15th century (previously Tour du Roy) and the Tour Vieille.
From the Tour du Portalet, the creek of La Glaye with its mini beach stretches out, it takes you directly to La Ponche.
Some villagers enjoy direct access to the sea, but for most visitors this is the place to take pictures or make the best posts for their social networks.
ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : La Fontanette
Cousin of the Ponche beach and from the same small neighborhood, the Fontanette is much more animated.
It is the landmark of young people with the leisure center sitting directly on the waterfront. With its pebbles, it offers a perspective on the village and a clear view of the entrance to the gulf. It also marks the end of the houses and the start of the coastal path or Chemin des Douaniers.
It is the last beach “in town” before heading to the marine cemetery.
ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : Les Graniers
Magnificent little beach draped in foliage and natural beauty. An ideal stopover between the village and the wilder coast, Les Graniers offers you a privileged access for swimming.
The beach is home to a magnificent eponymous establishment, which offers you to eat with your feet in the water or simply to hydrate yourself. A stopover or a day of pure happiness.


ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : Les Canebiers
The beach of Canebiers also called Canoubiers is located on the Route des Salins, at the foot of the Parks of Saint Tropez and the castle of La Moutte.
Lined with umbrella pines and offering fine sand, this beach is protected by its privileged location inside the Gulf of Saint Tropez.


ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : La Moutte
The most secret and therefore the wildest of the Tropezian beaches. Accessible only by the coastal path, it juts out into the sea to plunge into the turquoise waters of the eastern end of the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Totally unknown, you will spend moments far from the world and the tumult of the city.


ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : Les Salins
At the very end of the peninsula stands the beach of Les Salins, located at the easternmost extremity, the beach sinks gently into the Mediterranean.
With its transparent waters and soft sand, Les Salins welcomes vacationers and residents on a strip of sand, it is the landmark for families to spend a sweet day surrounded by a preserved nature.
At the southern end of the beach is the historic beach establishment “Les Salins” with its azure blue umbrellas and chairs with their feet in the water.

ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : Pampelonne Beach

5km of fine sand, the largest establishments for an exclusive and excessive day.
World crossroads, you can arrive in Pampelonne, by yacht, by car, or even by helicopter.
Here is located the place of concentration of the world jetset in summer !
The beach is lined with pontoons for cab boats that drop off billionaires at the most beautiful beach clubs.
It’s up to you to choose your favorite atmosphere, between cocooning and trendy music, champagne and seafood platters, let yourself be carried away for a memorable day. Here lunch ends with the sunset ?
The fine sandy beach starts from Cap Pinet, with the mythical Tahiti sector. A parking lot of 95 places awaits you.

ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : L’Escalet – Ramatuelle

Located in the commune of Ramatuelle, the district of l’Escalet is home to numerous creeks with transparent waters and fine sand. A single road takes you to this corner of paradise.
There is only one parking, the places are expensive in summer!
L’Escalet offers you a 180° view on the Mediterranean Sea, depending on your wishes and your courage, you will find coves far from the world. You can also rent sea kayaks for an hour or for the day to discover the wild coast and the most inaccessible creeks by the seaside path.
ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : Cap Taillat

Starting from l’Escalet, the coastal path heading west will take you after a 20 minute walk, and a series of creeks, to the paradisiacal spot of Cap Taillat. A real promontory that juts out into the sea, it shelters many nooks and crannies where you can swim and enjoy the beauty of nature. At its foot, a pretty beach welcomes you for a deserved swim.
If you have the courage to climb to the top of the cape, you will discover a breathtaking 360 view.
Take something to eat, drink and a good hat in summer! You will not find any refreshment points along the way.
ST-TROPEZ BEACHES : La Briande

A few steps away from Cap Taillat, you will reach the beach of La Briande in 5 minutes. We are now on the commune of La Croix Valmer.
A long strip of sand, it forms an arc that welcomes many boats at anchor during the summer days, a privileged means of access because of the long walk to reach it (> 30 min).
The beach borders a vineyard, a curiosity to be discovered as well as a dolmen built at 300 m from the sea. It is listed as an official megalithic site.
