Carwow arranged a showdown between the iconic Porsche 918 Spyder and the cutting-edge Ferrari SF90 Stradale in a series of drag races. While the 918 Spyder was introduced in 2013, it faces off against a younger hybrid supercar from Ferrari which was launched in 2020.

The Porsche boasts a 4.6-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine paired with two electric motors, delivering a total output of 887 hp and 1,280 Nm of torque. Its power is seamlessly transmitted to all four wheels through a seven-speed automatic gearbox. Weighing in at 1,374 kg, the 918 Spyder comes with a hefty price tag of over one and a half million euros.

On the other hand, the Ferrari features a 4.0-liter V8 engine with twin turbos, complemented by three electric motors (two in the front and one in the rear), resulting in a staggering 1,000 hp and 800 Nm of torque distributed across all four wheels. However, the SF90 is slightly heavier than its Porsche counterpart at 1,570 kg.
